Asus Transformer Pad 300 Release Date and Price In US: The Definitive Guide
Asus Transformer Pad 300 Release Date
The Asus Transformer Pad 300 has been available for purchase in online US stores since April 23rd. However, if you’re looking forward towards the day you’ll actually be able to see the tablet in retail stores you’ll have to wait at least until April 30th when the Transformer Pad 300 will hit the shelves (depending on stock availability).
At first the Asus Transformer Pad 300 will only come in Royal Blue but unfortunately, if you’re keen on picking up the Torch Red or Iceberg White variant you’ll have to wait until early June, when these two flavors will be made available for the public.
Asus Transformer Pad 300 Price Tag
The Asus Transformer Pad 300 is currently priced at $379 (the 16 GB model) and $399 (the 32 GB variant), whilst the keyboard dock will set you back an additional $149.
And just in case you’re the owner of an Asus Eee Pad Transformer 101 / 201 and you’re thinking about saving the $149 you’d need to pay for the keyboard dock by using the old one, unfortunately the Asus Transformer Pad 300 is not backwards compatible with the 101 / 201 dock stations.
