At the beginning of this week we’ve reported that the highly anticipated Asus Transformer Pad Infinity 700 was available for purchase at Office Depot. However, since the tablet in question really is one of the most anticipated gadgets of the year, if you were not fast enough that’s rather unfortunate because Office Depot is now out of stock.

Fortunately, Amazon also started accepting orders for the Infinity 700 and shortly after, the online retailer was out-of stock as well, following in Office Depot’s footsteps. The good news is that Amazon seems to have moved a bit faster and at least some versions of the Infinity 700 are now back in stock once again. In case you are planning on buying an Asus Transformer 700 but you’ve missed the opportunity of grabbing one from Office Depot, then you’re most likely in a hurry so here’s the rundown concerning the tablet’s availability at Amazon (click the links for details on Amazon.com).

The Grey flavor of the 32 GB Asus Transformer Infinity 700 is currently in stock
and available at the price of $538, so if that was your main choice before grab it while it’s hot. However, its champagne counterpart is currently out of stock but it’s still available for pre-order at the price of $499.99. Unfortunately the version in question is expected to ship within 1 to 2 months.

If the 64 GB version of the grey Infinity 700 is right up your alley then Amazon is currently offering it at the price of $599.99. Once again, the champagne model is out of stock, has a price of $599.99 and has an estimated shipping time-frame of 1-2 months.

Last but not least, if you’re interested in grabbing a keyboard dock for your Asus Transformer Pad Infinity 700 then you can buy one from Amazon at the price of $169.99, once again in gray only. The champagne dock is out of stock, has a price tag of $149.99 and same as with the tablet itself, it has an estimated shipping time frame of 1 to 2 months.

Asus Transformer Infinity 700 Release Date

As far as the official Asus Transformer Pad Infinity release date in the US goes, the manufacturer announced a while back that the tablet will become available during the week of July 16th. However, knowing that, in the past, Asus had issues supplying enough tablets to meet the demand (it happened both with the Transformer Prime and the OG Asus Eee Pad Transformer) we wouldn’t be so sure that you will find the Infinity on store shelves anytime soon (unless you’re lucky or have some inside info). So keep checking on-line retailers or place a pre-order if you must have Asus’ latest ASAP.
