HTC One at AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile: HTC Confirms Release Date Push Back

Assuming that you’re one of the many gadget enthusiasts who are eagerly waiting for the arrival of the HTC One, you might already know that, in the US, the handset has been confirmed to go on sale via three major carriers, those being AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile, with Verizon beating around the bush.

You may also be aware of the fact that the HTC One release date has been pushed back in most regions, and if you’ve followed us during the past few days you should know that, at some point, word on the street was that the gadget’s release in the US might suffer from the same fate.

Regarding this particular matter, we now have more than just rumors, as HTC has recently issued a statement that might disappoint you.

Right folks, so without prolonging the inevitable, the manufacturer has shed some light on the subject of HTC One’s delays across the globe. As such, the flagship phone will arrive in certain regions this week, but unfortunately for those of you who live in North America, according to the Taiwanese manufacturer, you won’t be able to buy the One until sometime by the end of April.

That being said, this is one of those cases when we would’ve liked the rumors to be wrong, yet they’ve been right on the money and there’s not much we can do about it.

Fortunately, at least we now know what to expect and the feeling of insecurity has been dealt with. Nevertheless, I feel that HTC One’s delayed release date will make it even more difficult for some people to decide between HTC’s finest and the Samsung Galaxy S4.

How about you? Which one of the two handsets are you more interested in?

Thanks Android Central for the heads-up regarding the HTC One release date at AT&T, Sprint and Verizon.
