Once more we’re turning our attention towards the HTC Rezound and its highly anticipated Ice Cream Sandwich update. You may recall that not long ago a new ICS build has been leaked, and although it brought a few fixes and tweaks, it also came with a handful of missing features and some bugs.
Now however, if you’re into flashing your HTC Rezound you will be pleased to learn that a new leaked version surfaced, ( build 3.14.605.5 ) bringing with it a few fixes over the previous leaked build. Join us after the break.
HTC Rezound Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4 ICS)
Probably the most important feature that comes along with the new leak is a new set of radios, and besides that, the 4636 hidden menu has also been removed in this build. Check out the changelog below.
As for the official launch of the Android 4 update for HTC Rezound, you may recall that a couple of weeks ago a rumor was pointing towards a 9th of May launch, but unfortunately this has not been the case.
We’ll keep you up to date as soon as we stumble across some concrete information on the matter. Until then, feel free to drop us a line and of course, if you’re interesting in flashing your handset with the new leaked ICS build head down to AndroidPolice and follow the instructions there.
Keep in mind that the build will wipe the data from your handset so make sure you know what you’re getting into before updating your handset.
Thanks AndroidPolice for the heads-up regarding the HTC Rezound Ice Cream Sandwich leak.
