During the last few days the entire World Wide Web has been buzzing over Huawei latest and greatest: the Ascend P6. And we have to admit, the Chinese manufacturer has played its cards almost perfectly, teasing us with various pictures of what shapes up to be a stunning device.
However, we all know that while some pictures tell a thousand words, carefully picked, professional shot photos can sometimes paint the wrong overall image. I mean, how many times have you been drooling over a render or a carefully shot photo only to be let down by the real thing? It happened to us quite a few times over the years, and it’s not a nice feeling.
So, if you were, just like us, a bit skeptical that the Huawei Ascend P6 will look just as nice in real life as it does in Huawei’s officially released pictures, well … you might be in for a surprise (or a revelation). Take a look at the images below and then join us after the break.
Granted, we would have liked to see the black flavor in action, but i guess until this afternoon’s official annouincement these pics will have to do. It also remains to be seen how the device will actually feel in the hand before passing final judgement.
For those of you not up to date, Huawei is gearing up to officially announce the Ascend P6 today, in London. The smarpthone is expected to feature a quad-core 1.5 GHz SoC (Huawei’s own K3V2+), a 4.7 inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (expandable via a microSD card), an 8MP rear-facing camera coupled with a 5MP front facing sensor, and Android 4.2.
Well, what do you think? Has the Huawei Ascend P6 risen up to your expectations, as far as its looks are concerned? Would you be interested in owning such a device? Let us know in the comments section.
