The fact that a sequel to last year’s P6, aptly called Huawei Ascend P7, is in the works and will soon be announced (May 7th) is no longer a secret. We’ve seen leaked renders, low-res pics of the device and even the smartphone’s back panel in all its glory, but until now we haven’t seen some close up, quality pics with the device itself (TENAA pics make even the most beautiful device look like something out of a designer’s nightmare).
But why until now? Well, take a look below.
The Ascend P6 is a beautiful built smartphone and by the looks of it, the Huawei Ascend P7 will closely follow the same design language, with minor tweaks. Why change something that looks better than Samsung’s flagships, right?
As far as the hardware specs of the Ascend P7 go, previous rumors have claimed that the smartphone will be powered by a a quad-core 1.6Ghz HiSilicon SoC and will feature a 5-inch Full HD display, 2GB of RAM, a 13MP rear-camera coupled with an 8MP front facing shooter, and 16GB of internal storage (expandable via a MicroSD card).
How do you think the Ascend P7 looks? Hod does its design compare to the current heavyhitters (Galaxy S5, HTC One M8, Xperia Z2)? Let us know in the comments section.
