If at the end of last week we were talking about the recently leaked iPhone 5S photos that were showing the back of the device and how the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5 look almost identical, today we’re going to look at another pic allegedly featuring Apple’s upcoming iPhone (its front panel to be more specific) and discuss its implications.
Remember the leaked pictures from roughly a week ago that were allegedly showing iPhone 5’s and 5S’ display assemblies side by side? If not go take a look (it will help us identify the device featured in the leaked photo) and then join us after the break for more.
Well, after looking at the above photos and assuming that they are indeed real (they come from different sources so it might be more than just a coincidence) we can easily reach the conclusion that iPhone 5S’ display assemblies have moved into mass production, wich in turn means that the iPhone 5S it self will start being assembled pretty soon.
What does this mean for Apple’s fans all over the world? For one, that the iPhone 5S release date is considerably getting closer by the day.
We would have expected for the iPhone 5S to be released at the same time with iOS 7 (whose launch is pegged for “sometime this Fall“). However, in light of the above evidence (and assuming that it’s real) Apple might release its next iPhone before summer’s end.
What do you think? Is this legit? Are you planning on buying the iPhone 5S? Let us know in the comments section below.
