Kindle Fire HD 8.9 – Launched in Europe and Japan
Looking forward to purchasing a new tablet? Then how does a Kindle Fire HD 8.9 sound? Amazon decided to slash the price of both the Wi-Fi and LTE models, so if you’re thinking about investing in a new tablet, now would be the perfect time to do so.
But this is not everything Amazon had to tell us recently – it looks like the European and Japanese gadget enthusiasts are finally able to score the Kindle Fire HD 8.9, as the handset is now officially on sale in these two markets.
More details after the break.
Kindle Fire HD 8.9 – US Permanent Price Cut
Amazon has recently released the Kindle Fire HD 8.9 in Japan and Europe. To be more precise, the tablet is now available in Germany, Spain, UK, Italy and France, but the good news doesn’t stop here.
It is very possible that the production costs have dropped, and as a result, the company has decided to reward its US customers by permanently slashing the price for both the WiFi-only and the LTE model. However, some are arguing that Amazon has decided to drop the price because the tablet is not selling very well. No matter the reason, this is good news for the consumers.
Also, since this isn’t a time-sensitive deal, you have plenty of time to decide whether you want to get your hands on the WiFi-only 16GB Kindle Fire HD 8.9-inch for just $269 or if you prefer to get the 32GB version for $299.
Would you rather score the 4G LTE version with 32 GB? That’s great, as Amazon also permanently slashed the price for the 4G LTE Kindle Fire HD 8.9 by 100 bucks, so the tablet would now set you back just $399.
Are you thinking about getting one of these tablets? Or you’re waiting for an even better deal?
