Nexus 4 in Canada – Availability To Expand Soon
A few days ago we’ve been happy to report that Canadians who haven’t been able to buy an LG Nexus 4 will soon be able to do so, assuming that they’re willing to pay Videotron a visit starting with January 30th. In addition to that, Bell might also start offering the N4 in Canada, at least judging by the latest leaked internal document belonging to the carrier, and now it seems that yet another Canadian carrier is joining the party and will soon have the Google flagship on its shelves. More details below.

LG / Google Nexus 4 In Canda - To Become Available At Yet Another Carrier
LG Nexus 4 in Canada – Fido
Indeed, as the subtitle above suggests, Fido is the latest Canadian carrier interested in offering the Nexus 4 on its network. The handset in question has recently popped-up on Fido’s reservation system where potential customers can pay $40 up-front in order to secure their Nexus 4. The actual release date hasn’t been unveiled but the reservation page hints at a February launch.
Lastly, the price tag has remained a mystery but judging by the difference in price between the N4 at the Google Play Store and various carriers (such as T-Mobile in the US), we can safely assume that the handset will have a higher price at Fido than the Nexus 4 that has been retailed online by Google.
All in all, a few months have passed ever since this particular gadget went on sale and we’re glad to see that potential customers will soon have more ways of dealing with the Play Store availability issues.
What about you? Have you managed to buy your Google Nexus 4 yet? If not, then are you willing to buy one from Fido, Videotron or perhaps Bell? Drop us a line and let us know.
Thanks Android Central for the heads-up regarding the LG / Google Nexus 4 in Canada.
