Alright now, bargain hunters and amateurs alike, gather around ’cause it’s that time again when we reveal the most recent hot deals you can get in case you’re on the lookout for a great handset at a lower price.
Deals: HTC Rezound, LG Spectrum
Now, you might be aware that we’ve already presented a hot deal this month concerning the LG Spectrum, but in case you’ve missed the opportunity to get your hands on this particular device for only 80$ from Amazon and a two year contract with Verizon, I’m happy to announce that Verizon Wireless gave us another chance to buy the LG Spectrum, at the price of $100, with the same 2 year contract of course.
Not only that, but HTC Rezound joins the LG Spectrum under the spotlight as well, sharing the same price-tag and terms of purchase. However before deciding which of these handsets might best suit your needs, let’s take a moment and see a brief overview of what they can offer.
LG Spectrum or HTC Rezound
We should point out that spec-wise, both of the above mentioned gadgets share quite a lot of similarities. For instance they both pack the same Qualcomm MSM8660 Snapdragon chipset, the same Andero 220 GPU, same 720×1280 display resolution, 1 GB of RAM, 8 MP camera and much more. In fact, pointing out the most obvious differences between these two hot gadgets would save us a lot of time, so why don’t we do that instead.
First of all, the HTC Rezound has a slightly smaller display than the LG Spectrum, 4.3 inches instead of 4.5 inches, comes with 16 GB of internal storage instead of 4 GB, a slightly less durable battery, 1620 mAh versus the 1830 mAh packed by the LG Spectrum, and last but not least (and I might be biased), a much more prettier design.
Not only that, but if you buy the HTC Rezound, Verizon Wireless will throw in the “Beats Headphones” to sweeten the deal even more so, I personally think the LG Spectrum is at disadvantage here and they should’ve probably kept the same $80 price tag in order to give the LG a fighting chance.
But, in all seriousness, both the HTC Rezound and LG Spectrum are magnificent devices and although I would personally go for the HTC, you can’t actually go wrong with any of them considering the price tag.
Just keep in mind that both of these gadgets are sold at the price of $100 but of course, the low price comes hand in hand with a two-year contract with Verizon. You should also keep in mind that the offer will be available until February 28th so make sure you grab one of these handsets while you can.
