In smartphones we trust, should be the motto of this page, as we have been covering so much information, so many leaks and rumors that at the end what should matter is the device you end up with your pocket. The case I’m trying to push here is the one of the Motorola Droid 4 on Verizon. The device first popped up a few months ago and since then we had a number of leaks about it. The first leaks said that the Motorola Droid 4 release date was set for the 8th of December, then we heard the 22nd of December and things kept moving on. However, enough with the rumors as the Motorola Droid 4 release date and price tag has been officially announced by Verizon.

If you have been waiting and chewing on your fingernails like I have, after hearing that the Motorola Droid 4 release date couldn’t be any closer, after hearing that the 2nd of February will be the Droid 4’s release date, Verizon finally went ahead and told us – it’s the 10th of February.
Although some rumors pointed that the Droid 4 would be released on the 2nd and even the 9th of February and then later on we’ve heard of an all channel release on the 10th, we now know for sure the release date of the latest installment in the Droid series.

Motorola Droid 4 Price
The price tag shifted from the originally anticipated $250 to a more manageable $200 on a 2 year agreement with the network. If you wish to get your hands on a dual-core, 4G LTE capable device with a slide out QWERTY keyboard (and what a keyboard!), then you shouldn’t have to worry too much about which device to go for.
