The Motorola Droid RAZR HD slowly but surely manages to steal the spotlight when it comes to future-to-be-launched handsets. One leaked document here, a picture there, and in time we were able to gather quite a lot of information regarding what we should expect from the RAZR HD, at least in terms of specs.

However, all the rumors so far are just that: unconfirmed rumors, but they sound right on the money and with the passage of time these rumors seem to become more and more of a reality, reason why we wondered whether or not the RAZR HD can play with the big dogs. We believe it can, and that’s when we’ve decided that the handset in question is definitely one to look forward to.
That being said, things are not stopping here and apparently the Droid RAZR HD has just popped-up on the official GLBenchmark website, boasting pretty much the same hardware as before.
In case you were skeptical about what the RAZR HD will pack once it hits shelves, the above GLBenchmark chart might clear some questions you were probably having.
To summarize things up, the results shown on the GLBenchmark website confirm that the RAZR HD will pack a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 (8960) and an HD display featuring a resolution of 1196 x 720 and on-screen navigation keys.
Unfortunately not much else has been revealed so far, and the one question that at this point remains unanswered is probably the biggest question of them all: when exactly will it hit the market? Well, regarding this particular matter things are still quite unclear (although we heard at some point that the Motorola Droid RAZR HD release date has been pushed back in order to avoid being caught up in the Galaxy S3 hype), but we hope to get a hold of new information regarding the matter soon. We’ll keep you posted, but in the meantime, let us know whether or not the RAZR HD will definitely be your next handset now that some of its specs have been pretty much confirmed.
Thanks Droid Life for the heads-up regarding the Motorola Droid RAZR HD.
