To be honest, it definitely feels like the retailers and carriers have really stepped up their deal game this holiday season. And guess what ? it ain’t over yet. You still have a few days to hunt a deal on your favorite phone, tablet, gadget or whatever your poison might be.
Making its way through all the deals we talked about on G 4 Games & Gadgets lately ( like the recent Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 BOGO deal, the Dell Streak price reductions or Dell’s Droid Deals ) the deal that we’re going to detail below comes from Amazon and has to do with one of the many Samsung Galaxy S variants: Sprint’s Samsung Epic 4G.
Samsung Epic 4G
Amazon Wireless is currently giving the Samsung Epic 4G for $99.99 with a new two year contract with Sprint. In order to get the Epic 4G at this price you have to opt for a voice plan of at least $69.99 per month and the $10/month data plan.
We couldn’t find any info regarding the activation fee, but Amazon offers FREE 2-day shipping and that’s gotta count for something.
Sadly, if you already have a Sprint account this offer is not for you. However, a fine print says that “Upgrade and Add a line” options are coming soon so keep checking Amazon’s Samsung Epic 4G page for any new/updated info.

Powered by a Cortex 1GHz Hummingbird processor, Epic 4 G is still stuck on Android 2.1 ( the Samsung Epic 4G Android 2.2 BETA version has leaked recently ). The phone features a 4 inch ( 480 x 800 ) Super AMOLED display, a 5MP camera with auto-focus, LED flash and 720p HD video recording capabilities, 512MB RAM and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n support.
