While everybody is waiting for the LG Optimus 2X release date, an interesting video recording has recently made its appearance on the net and it concerns LG’s phone as it’s presumably shot with it. In the 1080p video shot in Greece some fishing boats could be seen and the owner even zoomed the phone.
Honestly, I’m asking myself how could someone get his or her hands on a LG Optimus 2X since the device is yet to be launched in Europe and Korea, but I guess the person must be or know someone from inside the company.
Back to the video shot with the LG Optimus 2X, the quality is pretty good save for the digital zoom, though surely there will be some people that will compare the videos shot with other phones, but everyone’s got their tastes. My only complaint regarding the LG Optimus 2X HD video is that despite looking very good, it doesn’t contain too many scenes with movement so that people could have a better idea. But I’m sure that with the launch of the LG Optimus 2X the net will be assaulted by loads and loads of videos and for now it will suffice.
You can see the LG Optimus 2X HD sample bellow:
Once again, the extremely powerful LG Optimus 2X was supposed to be launched in Europe and Korea during January but it seems like the release date has been postponed, at least the European one.
Featuring a 4-inch screen and owner of the world’s first dual core processor in the form of the NVIDIA 1 GHz Tegra 2 processor, 8 GB of internal storage ( which can be extended to up to 32 GB with the help of a microSD card ), the LG Optimus 2X will bring the pain to the competition if they’re not careful. It also features the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system, a 1,500 mAh battery, two cameras, recording (as seen above) and playback of 1080p HD videos.
What do you guys think about the HD video shot with the LG Optimus 2X? Does it look like you’ve imagined it would? I for one am very pleased with the video, but I am also curious to see how the real thing will perform after being launched and also to see how the competition will fare because things will definitely heaten up for the LG Optimus 2X in the coming months.
Kudos to Endgadget for bringing us the news about the LG Optimus 2X.
