We were talking a few days ago about how HTC will launch three upgrades of some smartphones that are already on the market. One of these is the upgrade of the popular HTC Wildfire, going by the name of HTC Wildfire S.
The HTC Wildfire S is both compact ( actually, it is one of the smallest smartphones HTC has ever produced ) and powerful, the power coming from a 600 MHz processor. Because of its size, the display is also small, measuring only 3.2 inches; the screen resolution has also been improved to 320 x 480 pixels.
The device will ship with Android 2.4 Gingerbread, with HTC Sense slapped on top, so users will have the benefits of an entirely customizable home screen and a more natural mobile experience, plus a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and HD video capturing capabilities.
