(Nexus Prime) Samsung Droid Prime Release Date at Verizon: Oct 27th ?

Now that Apple unveiled their latest gadget, the iPhone 4S, all eyes are on Samsung and Google. And while everybody was busy anticipating the Unpacked event where the Google Nexus Prime release would have probably been announced and then busy debating whether the smartphone’s device has been pushed back, almost everyone ignored another (leaked) piece of info that supposedly indicates the date when Droid Prime will hit the market. Read below to find out what this new rumor/leak says.

Everybody expects the upcoming Samsung / Google Nexus Prime to rock the show, and even uncle Sammy teased us with a short video. Unfortunately, it’s just a short glimpse but that is enough to see how slim the future Nexus phone will be. Other than that, rumors and leaks are pretty scarce, mainly because everyone involved in the making of the Samsung Droid Prime is trying to keep mum on any kind of details.

Fortunately for us, for every phone there is an anonymous tipster, and this time we have some new info on the Google Nexus Prime release date. The tipster has sent an email to the folks over at Droid-life, which contains some launch dates that are supposedly sent out to Verizon employees. Remember this is only a rumor, so we will have to wait until next week to find out if this is true. The message goes like this:

(Nexus Prime) Samsung Droid Prime Release Date

According to this document, the Samsung Droid Prime will arrive at Big Red on the 27th of October. That sounds right, but the strange thing is the Motorola Xoom 4G LTE tablet is already announced to arrive on Oct. 13. Even the memo says the release dates can change, but at least it gives us a picture of what Big Red is planning in the following period.
