Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus release date on Sprint is getting closer and closer. Galaxy Nexus was not the large leap forward we initially expected when it came out, but despite that, we are dealing with a high-end device. Now the Google powered flagship is heading to Sprint. Are you getting ready for it?
Samsung Galaxy Nexus Release Date at Sprint
The Sprint Galaxy Nexus flew through the FCC recently and this version is heading to Sprint. Unfortunately, we did not find out anything else of major importance with this. We knew that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is heading to the carrier, but a release date is still eluding us.
However, rumor has it that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus release date at Sprint is scheduled for April 15th along with the LG Viper.
We recently saw the beta version of Chrome get pinned against the Safari browser on the iPhone 4S. The results were impressive considering the fact that we were dealing with a beta version of the app. If your device is not running Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich, the Galaxy Nexus should be your next investment!

Samsung Galaxy Nexus Release Date at Sprint: Getting Closer ?
For the time being we don’t have an official release date for the Galaxy Nexus, but the availability date will probably coincide with Sprint’s LTE service launch. If until now you could just look at users on Verizon rocking their Galaxy Nexuses (is that the plural?), the first half of the year is the period to look for the Sprint Galaxy Nexus.
This variant of the device is coming with the same specifications as the other versions. You get a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, a 5 megapixel camera with 1080p recording and a 1.3 megapixel front-facing shooter. The 1850mAh battery should keep you going even after a day of heavy usage.
If you already went for a different network, then this is not much to look at, but if you are a Sprint customer, this may be a good chance for an upgrade. Your thoughts on the matter? Drop us a line if you plan on getting it and make sure to stay tuned for more!
