Once again we’re going to talk about the already hyped Samsun Galaxy Note 10.1. Since the list of overall hardware specifications hasn’t been a secret for quite a while, evidently our biggest concern right now is to find out when exactly will the Note 10.1 be available for purchase. Truth be told, not only does that this device seems more than promising from a technical standpoint, but our eagerness (and the eagerness of many Samsung enthusiasts) comes from the fact that the tablet was at first rumored to be launched during the second quarter of 2012. However, since the tablet undergone a much needed redesign in terms of hardware and aesthetics, the launch has been delayed indefinitely.
Nevertheless, judging by the latest events Samsung’s upcoming tablet should be just around the corner, and the speculated unveiling of the device on August 15 seems more and more plausible.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Release Date
We’ve previously talked about the fact that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is already on its way towards Chinese soil, with an August 9th release date in sight. However that particular release date does not concern markets outside of Hong Kong and we began to wonder whether or not the rumored unveiling of the device on August 15 in the US will actually take place.
As a matter of fact it most probably will. See, press invites have now started to go out for the Korean manufacturer’s special event held on that particular date in the US, where the company claims that a “major product announcement” will take place and it will concern the “newest Galaxy device”. Since the Samsung Galaxy S3 has been launched not long ago and the Galaxy Note 10.1 is now the most anticipated gadget from this family, well, what other device might be unveiled if not the Note 10.1? Well, we were also hoping to see the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 at this particular event but it has been almost officially confirmed that the Note sequel will make its debut on August 29th.
The latest happenings however indicate that we’re going to witness the unveiling of a tablet. It’s not much of a proof but the press invites have an image drawn on them, depicting a gadget that has the form factor of a tablet. Furthermore the image and text appears to have been drawn by an S-Pen.
That being said, August 15 will most likely be the day when the Note 10.1 will be unveiled in the US. As for when exactly the tablet will be available for purchase, it remains to be seen but we expect it to hit the shelves by the end of August.
