Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, 8.0, 10.1 – Release Date Rumors
Samsung is pushing out a ton of gadgets this year. I know that the main focus is on Samsung Galaxy S4 as the Galaxy Note 3, as both of these devices are high-end beasts, but there’s also the Mega Series to consider, two supposed Tizen gadgets (dubbed Redwood and Melius), a ton of mid-rangers beside the Smasung Galaxy S4 Mini, and there is also a bucket of tablets on the way.
So yeah, it can get rather confusing at times, but don’t worry, we’ve got it covered. Today we’re going to focus solely on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 series, and more precisely, the alleged release dates of these slates. You’ll find the details below.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Release Date
The Galaxy Tab 3 series consists in three tablets, each being delivered in two variants (WiFi-Only and 3G). So there are a total of six Tab 3s to keep track of.
First things first, we’ll start with the recently announced Tab 3 7.0. According to sources of Sam Mobile, the 8 GB Wi-Fi model will be the first to hit the shelves during week 19 (this week, between May 6 and May 12). Then there’s the 3G variant of the same 7-incher, which is expected to go on sale in week 24 (June 10 – June 16).
Moving on to the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, the Wi-Fi slate will allegedly be available starting with week 23 (June 3 – June 9), with the 3G variant following two weeks later (June 17 – June 23).
Last but not least, we have the Wi-Fi Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, expected to hit shelves during week 23, same as the Wi-Fi Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. And then there’s the 3G-enabled 10.1-incher, with a purported release during week 26 (June 24 – June 30).
Is anyone writing this down? Are you planning on buying any of these slates once they go live, and if they will arrive in stores within the above mentioned timeframes?
Thanks Sam Mobile for the heads-up regarding the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 release dates.
