While at the Sony E3 conference, the head of Irrational Games, Ken Levine, has revealed some cool stuff regarding the third game from the Bioshock series. Apparently BioShock Infinite (formerly known as “Project Icarus”) will support Sony’s latest accessory for the PlayStation, the PlayStation Move motion controller. But hold on, there’s more.
Besides the announcement regarding the fact that BioShock Infinite will be PS Move compatible, Ken Levine has also mentioned that he is working on a game that is set in the BioShock universe for the next-gen PSP.

Bioshock Infinite Gets A New Trailer, Move Support Announced - Release Date: 2012
Briefly before Ken Levine has made his appearance at E3 a BioShock Infinite gameplay trailer was presented and, let me tell you, it definitely can get you pumped-up.

The third BioShock will be set in a floating city called Columbia. Besides the changed setting, the events from BioShock Infinite will be set in a different time as well. The game’s storyline is placed before the events from the first BioShock game, in the year 1912.
Ken Levine has not made any announcements regarding the time-line and the city, and we are unaware if BioShock Infinite is a prequel or another completely story.
In my opinion it would be cool to see the city Columbia turned into Rapture before the storyline ends.
Ken Levine has announced that the BioShock Infinite release date is scheduled for sometime in 2012. The game will be released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
