Yes dear Killzone 3 fans, Aryeh Loeb from Guerrilla Games was more than kind enough to post a quick first look at two of the upcoming maps for the upcoming Killzone 3 DLC – From the Ashes.
The Killzone 3 DLC From the Ashes will be including a map pack consisting of Guerrilla Warfare maps along with 2 more Warzone maps. The two preview videos take us on a small ride on Lente Missile Base and Mobile Factory. Our first map is designed for Warzone, supporting up to 24 players on this abandoned missile based located right at the edge of the Kaznan Jungle. For those of you who might not be that interested in that, the second video is a preview of Mobile Factory. This second map is designed for Guerrilla Warfare, supporting up to 16 players all shooting at each other aboard the largest vehicle from the single player campaign of the game.
Killzone 3 DLC: From The Ashes - What You Need To Know/See ( Gameplay, Release Date, Price )
Killzone 3 From the Ashes will be available for all of you Killzone fans starting with the 22nd of June for 4.99 Euros or 3.99 GBP. The DLC will be available through PSN and on the same day you’ll get the chance to check out a DLC Bundle Pack which consists of Retro Pack, Steel Rain and From the Ashes for 9.99 Euros or 7.99 GBP (that’s 8 maps). As you surely know, From the Ashes also contains two fan favorite maps from Killzone 2, remade for the 3rd iteration of the series. These maps are Radec Academy and Tharsis Depot. Recently Sony and Guerrilla Games have released, for each of the aforementioned maps, one video that shows some gameplay footage and another one that shows just how the map design translated from Killzone 2 to Killzone 3.
