It has been a big E3 for Mass Effect fans. Not only that the Mass Effect 3 release date has been announced but also Bioware has released a bunch of game-related videos. Today we’re going to talk about the extended Mass Effect 3 gameplay video that is showing off some of the things the game is bringing to the table. This latest Mass Effect 3 gameplay video showcases 11 minutes of actual gameplay putting on quite the spectacular introduction to the game.
Like i said, the Mass Effect 3 release date has been also officially confirmed with the game being scheduled for release on the 6th of March next year on PS3, XBOX 360 as well as on the PC. The trailer introduces the new hologram blade which can now be used in a number of cool ways allowing the gameplay to evolve one step further from the traditional cover based shooting. Note that it doesn’t mean this part of the game has been removed, but simply that we have a choice this time around.
Everything within the extended Mass Effect 3 gameplay trailer seems a lot more action packed and with a sense of greatness. Cut scenes merge almost seamlessly with the actual gameplay allowing for some great immersion within Bioware’s latest title along with the fact that the RPG elements will also suffer some changes and fine-tuning.
