Windows Test Master is a rogue program that poses as an anti-spyware in order to scare the user into giving away personal and credit card information. Being part of the Fake Microsoft Security Essentials infection, Windows Test Master does this by first displaying fake Microsoft Security Essentials alert messages suggesting that an Unknown Win32/Trojan has been found on your computer.
Windows Test Master will then perform a fake scan at the end of which it will state that one of your files has been infected with Trojan.Horse.Win32.PAV.64.a. The same alert message will then suggest that in order to get rid of this infection you need to download and install Windows Test Master. Pressing ok will start an automated process in which Windows Test Master will infect your computer further and reboot your system.

How To: Remove Windows Test Master Virus / Malware ( Removal Guide )
After the reboot you will notice that you are not able to access your regular desktop screen. Instead you are presented with the Windows Test Master main window, where you will be again prompted to perform a (fake) scan. After the fake scan is complete you will be presented with a list of numerous fake threats on your system, after which Windows Test Master will suggest that the only way to get rid of these infections is by purchasing the full version of Windows Test Master. Do not let yourself scared into purchasing this program as it is nothing more than a forgery.
Keep in mind that Windows Test Master will not allow you to access your desktop screen unless you perform that full scan.
